It's very fortunate BIEI is still treating this company as sacred and is being disciplined with dilution. Even if BIEI hits 200m OS after this round of dilution... if the additional rat study comes back very positive again, this company's 200m OS will be immaterial to the current investors. BIEI would be able to raise cash at 20¢/share.
