on same page but they can't do the trials... any future trials will be with a pd1 component... the big boys are fighting for patients... doctors won't go near pphm with choices like merck, roche, bms, azn to pick from... no way pphm does trials... sk is delusional or irresponsible if he thinks or says that...
a decent upfront will fund a bunch of avid's with geographic coverage... if they don't stabilize company there is no way avid can expand... landlords will not lease to special use (high tenant finish and specialty needs/power/parking etc) without financial stability... if they can't figure that out there is a problem...
the better/newer building are usually owned by institutional funds/reits...they do a serious credit evaluation... no way pphm would be approved with nasdaq issue and going concern (which is coming if they don't act before fy end april)... and smaller owners won't take the risk of a marginal credit
and if they dilute big time they run the risk of another shareholder suit (or expanded existing one which is active) when other options are available... and worsley knows what options are out there... you can't say great value(astronomical) and great partner interest for five plus years and not have a clue of what you have...
sk is in a corner but there are decent ways out..
