Since our 180 day extension expires sometime in April, I would think if our pps hasn't regained the $1/sh compliance by the middle of March, then would probably be a good time to sell if you don't wish to experience another r/s.

Thanks for the eloquently expressed sentiments and your contributions to this online community. I share many of your views though I have only about half the time you have put into this investment and can afford to wait it out a bit longer. Very thoughtful and well spoken. There are many of us long term, long suffering investors that agree with your thoughts.
recently purchased additional shares to bring my cost basis down to about a buck, thinking I would sell off some after the ESMO presentation. I was, of course, expecting we would get a bounce that would set us to a higher level, not drop back to our 52 week lows.
