TABBY- many have been sayin that its possible-
that California passing legal REC. MJ is already "baked " into the pps, but there are millions of people out there, who want "confirmation" that it does pass, and may very well wait to buy until November 8th and after that. we could see the biggest rally yet, AFTER the mj elections ?
