Why is it when I make a buy with a limit order for .0002 it goes threw for for .00015 when there is an ask at .0002?

I am not complaining I will take the break in price and buy more shares. It just seems like manipulation to me.

Hop-On no business license for close to 2 years

Must be some serious problems for Hop-On in California. Hop-On claims it filed taxes in June 2016, but California still is not reinstating Hop-On's forfeited business license.

Maybe California found out that Hop-On already had a forfeited business license, then tried to get a new one, possibly by not paying back fees on the previously-forfeited entity.
