Well said and agree with both of you...after their FocalinXR hurdle...being beyond thorough on this pending Rexista NDA is most assuredly their number 1 task and I strongly suspect they're getting a plethora of independent/3rd party input/validation prior to submission:)

dtstx & doog...THANK YOU....someone finally realizes the significance of those changes and why it would/should/could holdup the filing. I say would/should/could because they would give it to their lawyers to look-over and see if its advantageous to wait until they take effect. depending on what their legal review reveals it could or should delay the filing. again, only the insiders know for sure based on application but my outside opinion just on what I know, I would wait until after Dec 6th to file which now puts filing into 1QE17. just barely but still still into 1QE if they file December 7th.

In my opinion Dawson James is the "dog" Della Penna got in bed with and who "gave us fleas"!!!!!!!!!!! and those fleas are what are manipulating the stock price... with the assurance they have by holding 1.5 million warrants - what a mistake. We will not be rid of those fleas until major funds come in and absorb the stock they short... and break their back by causing them to convert the warrants to cover.
