I think CRM may have been playing it for attention.. It was not a good fit in my opinion.. CRM may not have the resources and personal to have made it work.. In this downward market CEOs are feeling what we all are feeling. Uncertainty. Uncertainty is BAD for the M+A market and UNLESS you need it.. You just hold off buying it. CRM would have then had to figure out HOW to incorporate the tech into CRM and then the big question is how TWTR could help CRM's bottom line.. Would people use it. Bla-Bla-Bla.. It was better to back off and not risk it. Smart move. Now TWITTER goes lower..
