I'm not sure if it gets back to 1.20 today . Strange trading day after this news.
Part of the drop is probably $hef selling . He seems to be selling
a lot in his portfolio with the election approaching , he still is monitoring XXII .
I think we end the day in the green . Lots of catalysts approaching and with FDA and possible legalization of MJ in California , we could get a nice bump in SP. I'm just trying to figure why raise $ now . I like that the terms were above the present SP. Somebody wanted in and were willing to pay a premium . We'll see how this plays out .

Filled the rest at 1.20 nice flip from my 1.65 sell now we will see what the next few months brings us!!
