It could be the case. Maybe sooner rather than later. The deal with MirImmune is for shares equivalent to 20% of the common outstanding. Why would MirImmune do a deal for shares if all arrows point to further dilution in the near future? I had to re-read the agreement to realize this is not a cash transaction but a stock transaction. Is it highly possible that ownership needs to be "consolidated" before a BP partners or acquires?
