All I know is that patent litigation has all already been settled on all of IPCI's remaining pending ANDA approvals...and because they've been stuck in the FDA's ANDA backlog for 5 years running now...without even looking them up and if memory serves, all the remaining ANDA's are clear for commercialization when the FDA finally approves them.
