You wouldn't want to email it directly to the Judge. He would not be able to use it as an official communication in the case.

If you were to do it, it would have to be in an official form to be placed on the Docket, just as all of the Joe Six Pack letters being submitted in support of the EC.

I suggest following the footprint of those letters.
