New Economy Portfolio..sold off remainder of $XXII here. Sold majority yesterday ahead of this offering.

Alert exited remainder 3% starter of $XXII at $1.35 this a.m off of the PR this morning regarding an offering at $1.34 w/warrants at $1.45. This is ahead of the FDA decision in Q4. Will watch this closely but will focus that cash on other upcoming catalysts. The stock has had a great run from $.80 level to $1.60 a few weeks ago.
