Cen can not make shareholders any money until it trades. Another moot point.

And how are the lease details a surprise to you? Have you ever leased property where after your lease is up you were allowed retain ownership and use of the improvements you made to the property while you were leasing it? Another moot point.

Maybe you missed it but the MMPR is now ACMPR and in full effect with 33+ companies now making money. Those same companies that Bill said he'd flush down the toilet.

What was the last time CEN made its shareholders some money? Oh yah their financials stated they sold used equipment for $2500 profit.

Maybe you should look up Ontario Lease Hold Improvements laws and how much of what was build around the site is in fact not owned by the company but by the land title which belongs to Jim Shaban.
