That's good news. When the MMs are asking a large premium for the warrants, that means they are expecting a rally. It works the opposite way as well, sometimes you'll see a very small premium when the MMs expect a sell-off.
I've seen this scenario play out many times. Good time to buy if you have any dry powder.
