This should effectively negate the Canadian trade restriction and allow Canadian share holders to freely trade shares of
the new Niobium Technology Corporation symbol NBTC.

I am wrong anout the srsr shell.
They are not selling the sub. Only nemmegosenda
Is being sold. That leaves ST and any other assets in SRSR.

It changes calculations a bit too but estimating the value of SRSR with only ST is too hard.

This does allow for a lower PPS after the transaction without loss. Not by much but its a little bit of a buffer.
