Read it again.
Its a 1:12500 RS for them giving them about 80k shares.
Then they will issue our shares at a 1:20.

So 1m SRSR shares will 50k new shares.

That will give the new co about 50m shares. With a pps around .10 -.15.
But that is just a guess.
Mathematically the price should be a bit higher but with the no bid stock we are buying will need to get dumped out after their RS.

They will be set for the "low float" play.
After a few weeks they can begin dilution and start trying to get people back the money they have lost in the process.
