we are all in the same boat...........fundamentally it is a slum dunk.....[but it is the Philippines we are talking about , so always a soap opera ].....I think a lot of it sadly will be how the Chinese receive/treat the Philippine delegation , but DU30 rhetoric of late is to give off some good signals to the Chinese and distancing himself from the US , which gives me hope.........hopefully well founded
