I just looked at my mailbox and received a reply from the IR person at the company named Lori Stanley I overlooked this afternoon.
She's says
"Thank you for contacting Enherent Corp. with your question. I'll try to answer as best I'm able for now.
The company is going through a transitional period at this time which has been in the works for several months. I'm not able to get into specifics of what all is upcoming but I can confirm your question about the companies existence. We are still here and working away. With regard to your question about the company being public or not the answer is yes and no.
Our yearly revenues are something I cannot confirm however you will be able to view them yourself soon. The links provided in your email are not too far away though.
We filed our 1512g with the SEC as the company did not have enough shareholders to warrant remaining public and our capital needs were and are stable. Enherent still possesses control of our symbol as well. This is all I can say at present but please do continue to keep an eye on us.
