All it takes is a bit of effective research to see in the above that the fee waiver set the parameters for my post about why the company might be quiet and why it might be precipitous to make inferences about Elite without equal awareness. This does not mean that I do not expect news. It also does not mean I do not expect news before the CC. It also does not mean that if there is no news before the CC and all we hear is Elite is working on the CRL that I am going to be a happy camper. In fact, in my darkest moments I have thought about seeking a position on the BOD. Why not? I would put my experience and education up against the current members and offer something they do not, a view from the bleachers.

So, to be clear...I hold all the shares I have ever held and I admit to getting a bit testy. I have kept in check "tongue and pen" but I am getting ready to earn my nom de plume once again...
