Very possible but the restricted shares is the issue.
Kit GOT 350,000,000 restricted shares May 31st 2016
Robert GOT 150,000,000 restricted shares May 31st. 2016
I doubt they came off restrictions already.
And they got them @.00049
It would make no sense for them to sell them this low.
