News or no news, that morning spike looked like a broker execution of an order to buy a large block up to .71 or .72. After that much of the support looked like covering open positions from uncovered filling above .68. Someone noted a similar pattern a few days back, which may be the same "range" buyer.

Anyway, lots of explanations besides a leak, including institutional and other large portfolio buyers. Just want to say institutional buying is unlikely because of the price and exchange, but I have seen it before for promising penny stocks on the OTC:QB.
