I feel when ATTBF started the Testing Lab movement in the United States [Washington State]it was too early in the Canadian Marijuana Movement.

Plus it drew the Ire of Health Canada.

I am about 100% sure HC never granted ATTBF a Grow License because of this incident.

Now that it has been dissolved, HC could once again be considering strongly to issue the License.

If that happens, ATTBF is an immediate "Strong Buy" with a rather rapid Run-up in share price.
