I wouldn't say that EXMT is the parent company of ICBU. ICBU gave EXMT shares for half their hydroponic machine business. EXMT could have sold shares a long time ago or still have them. Who knows. Both companies look to be getting their ducks in a row now. We will see. They are definitely interconnected.
