Sure looks like it... high volume and Arcam.Ab is down to the bid price today of 285... if it starts falling below this level with any volume it may indicate GE is going to pull the bid and let folks stew on that for a bit... I think ultimately they will own Arcam I have said for a long time that GE was a likely suitor while some blow hards insisted they would never be sold...but I also think they have time on their side... they can just sit here with whatever shares they got and wait especially if the Due Diligence turned up a soft 3 Qtr...
Worse case is GE pulls the bid but now everyone knows Arcam can be bought out and I think the PPS will tend to reflect it's buyout value vs it's going concern value for quite sometime if GE just stays with a minority interest...the M&A "Cat" is out of the bag now...that should be enough to hold it in the low to mid SEk 200's
