No insider info with that 8k!!, quite a difference between a offer of 25 cents a share for the company like peeps were pimping yesterday and a little $19,000 deal that was 8k'd today...

But no not buying on that news!! A $19,000 deal to buy a company was not the deal I was looking for...

But should push the pps north until the 10:15 am selling time...
