CUIN2 - let me be more precise since you can't see the forest through the trees. The term 'figurehead' is frequently used to describe a powerless person who represents an organization without having real authority.

The point clearly articulated previously is Reiza's title was bestowed on him; by Reiza himself due to co-founding Titan Medical - he's essentially a silent partner with a big title (comprehend?) This coupled with being Titan's largest shareholder has grandfathered him into a position where he shall not be removed by the BOD - come to terms with this reality. Reiza does not own the business acumen or expertise to further Titan, nor should any stakeholder want him involved in those daily decisions.

Blame should be placed directly on the BOD as they allowed John Hargrove to practice being a CEO for an extended period of time while key Titan personnel exited the organization, weak capital raises executed, and John hired his ill equipped daughter for a position that should not exist at this juncture. Think logically and rationally for a change.
