Mrs Li? No offer was submitted. The LOI expired on Oct. 2, 2016 without an offer to purchase being submitted and one has not been submitted since.

That deal is dead. It came and went. Sorry folks, that was the last chance at anything big happening for RMHB. Maybe it can ride the MJ wave for a bit, but other than that, you have to fight off the $20 million debt avalanche.

I found it very odd that Grisaffi could do a press release and a 8-K about the LOI but not mention the "binding offer" expiring.

And no one can provide any definitive information about Lily Li and the "Chinese group".
