They can't rent it out, it doesn't belong to CEN Bio, it belongs to Jim Shaban. Look up the Leasehold Improvements laws in Ontario. Practically everything that was done to the property by CEN Bio and paid for by the shareholders doesn't belong to them. it belongs to the land title which is owned by Jim Shaban, Bills cousin.

They don't own the barn Cousin Jim does. They just rented it (and built the fence around it for Cousin Jim).
