I totally agree with this and it is my opinion that IF the UST follows the SEC in recommending an Equity Committee the judge will approve this one. He does not have to, but I think the chances are very good that it will happen in this case.

Also, to be clear, if the UST were to NOT recommend..,
...the Judge can do it anyway if he so chooses.

That's why they call him the Judge. ;-)
