I think that's somewhat fair. But keep in mind an audit of this new company could take at least a little bit of time -- you know how auditors work. And we don't know if this acquired company is public or private, or if public if it's had updated fins. Although if we know it makes $100 million a year there must be at least some paper trail going.

Let's say 2 weeks at most (10 biz days). In the meantime we can ask Rick why it would take longer.
