There is nothing to love here. UBA was supposed to be announced year ago and Ed keeps lying on Facebook every few weeks giving time frames ,no filing all this year, arrests and warrants against CEO. He refuses to answer any legit questions from shareholders. Buying properties with shareholders money. Hope "Soon " he gets what he deserves.
