Right, that's a fancy headline, but there's more to it. Those numbers leave them well short of their guidance. They will have to produce around 63k in Q4 (so an additional 10k) in order to even hit their minimum guidance of 210k. They really needed to hit 63k in Q3 and Q4 both, to come in at there 220k midpoint for 2016 production using the 40%-60% weighting announced in April.
Yes, record production it was, but it would've also been record production by producing 63k ounces and being more in line with their guidance.
Unless they have something up their sleeve, I don't see any way that they can hit 63k-83k ounces in Q4 which would put their total for 2016 within their 210k-230k guidance.
