The OWCP RSI here is right at 60 oversold. We fell into the 50's earlier that is when the chartists came in to load the boat from way oversold to oversold here now. OWCP had had the 60% Fib retrace and the RSI cool down after running 2400% inn only 7 trading days on this low float gem here we are now at oversold on the RSI. Time for another huge multi bagger run above ahead from here.
