Agree with you, HD...there's no there, there.

Kristy, Miguel and Northstar want to divide the pie, but the company has very little to no value. There are two strategies for Northstar, in my opinion. They can either press forward with placing the company in receivership and then take control, or they can reach a settlement whereby Kristy and Miguel keep some of their salary, while Northstar maybe gets some inducements, whatever that could possible be?

But in either scenario, the only way it will work is for USRM to file Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, and then the company can start again with a clean balance sheet. Of course the equity/shareholders would get wiped out and USRM would be delisted.

I tend to believe that the best alternative for Northstar is to insist on satisfaction of their original claim. In my opinion, for Northstar to be made whole, they will need to bring lawsuits against the management and remaining directors.
