How does further delay lead to a settlement? If anything, it will likely goad govt to ignore the plaintiff with further impunity.

I dont know what motive MrSammons has. His actions will have to speak for themselves.

For that matter, I dont know what your motive is. I also dont know why you make posts that are incongruent to your economic interest. which is why I read your post with much interest and healthy dose of skepticism.
