We need to understand how the NOLs will be carried over to the new entity. There will be restrictions in their use but Zapata should benefit them even on a smaller scale.
Again, the key here will be how cheaply they are getting Zapata. How much Franky is giving away for the IPO of his company in the US and access to the US market. There is a lot of excitement around that and when dust settles, those newcomers will likely push the price up to get a piece of Zapata. Even without it, it should be close to 25cemts not 12...

why wouldn't they purchase the NOLs too for a reasonable discount? An extra $20m would have taken this up another 15 cents from the 25-30 cent range. Seems a bit odd to not take advantage of that, but maybe there's a good reason.
