Re your last sentence, yes there is a 30 day go shop type of provision. I think the chances of another party is lower given L3 is the stalking horse I.e. The most logical buyer but still there is a chance for someone else to come in and put a higher bid. 117.5 is the lowest point and 84mn is the debt. We need to know the share count and some other details to figure out the exact price per share but there is significant value at these levels.
Re court decision on the debt owed to PP, it is anyone's guess...but it is for sure that they don't have much leverage at this point.
