Fabius.....Yes, its very possible they already have a wholesale partner. If you research back through the original documents of the company when they went public they mentioned that they already have several agreements in place. No one has ever been able to say what those agreements are or with whom. Its very possible that they have a standing agreement with PAR, to supply the pills that their other partner cant just so they dont run into supply issues. or it could be for the 400mg strength. as Hana's approval I dont think included the 400 or else they weren't first filer on that strength. Nothing stops a company like PAR from having multiple agreements for the same medication with different companies.
I cant say for certain if they already have a distribution partner or not but I can say I picked up on the verbiage they used in the PR which stated "they intend to launch" which tells me they have some plan in place.
