more than likely they could be a takeover candidate too as we saw happen a lot in the biotech sector many moons ago.

As far as I know , last piece of note was converted by September 30 or October 1st. So no more shares were added to float for 10 days +. Those POS note holders that took advantage on company's naiveness are no longer with us and will never again be part of this company . Only good and friendly finance from now on , to help the company grow and contribute to the world !!
