can get in.
But do not count you self out if
you have shares pre lock.
The are just doing post lock at this time.
But there is talk about of bring pre lock in.
So stay on top of what is going on whit this.

No one is "out of luck".

Post lock is a different lawsuit than pre lock. Post lock trades have to be against the brokerages, who in turn, will lay blame on the DTC's claim they had 328 Million shares available.

Pre lock is against the DTC.
