KGKG. Still very positive here. Vent a little from time to time but I remain convinced I will see gains here. A little perturbed that there is constant dilution. Even though slow, it does not only undermine our worth here but also my confidence that KGKG is above board.
It remains to be seen what use is being made of the proceeds from new shares. That cash along with the sale of Elev8 could be quite hefty. If used to enhance company value (new sub-asset, building product stock or expanding operations) is one thing. Filling pockets (reasonable pay, yes; bonus $$, no) is to the detriment of the company as a whole.
NO member of management has proven his/her worth yet in this small company.
