No doubt, when you look at their financial, they are missing revenue target and losing money. It only means they need more capital to continue to operate. Guess what? Banks aren't going to hold their stock long, so they are left with no options but to sell convertible. Don't let the news fool you, take a closer look at their financial and you can see pretty clearly they are not making profit and doing poorly business wise. If not for the stock market, they would be out of business and going bankrupt by now.
