Bare minimum to clean the filings for a OTC is around 250K for the big board is between 1-1.5 million. Done my research and I know the cost associated to clean the filings. They originally were asking for 125k, told them also that the cost is much higher and they told me, they are aware that it cost somewhere in the ball park of 250k, so I was right, but they said, 125k just to get started.
