I sincerely doubt they will. They have doubled the A/S and already issued around 100 million new shares. Maybe more as of today, I'm currently getting numbers from the T/A.
They've had months to finalize this supposed LOC but now they can't because it's Columbus Day? So it all came down to this day? Come on! Seriously? Is that the story they're telling people now? They've been touting the LOC for months, but Columbus himself has prevented them from finalizing the LOC? LOL.
And why are they emailing select shareholders behind the scenes with no PR to the investment community? Do they have something to hide? Are they really accomplishing anything?
