Maybe because it is??? Of course with lack of buying and interest and short percentage being up the pps will decline. I was simply stating that's why the bottom dropped out and now forming new lows. I'm keeping an eye out for entry, but not going to force anything. News about the conference should drop soon as well, but I'm sure you knew that, Mr. SmartyPants lol
