I cannot answer those questions. During a trading day shares appear as trades but who is selling is not known. Trades between shareholders just doing the normal buying and selling does not change the O/S. Trades made from "warrants" i.e. shares that are paid out by the company to the warrant holder, and then sold on the market are indistinguishable but they do increase the O/S and are diluting the shares. As that info is not reported, there is no way to answer the questions.
