As painful as these bowel conditions are, the 6 week daily enema regimen is tough and problematic. A foam is necessary for commercial success. I don't foresee any practical issues with developing one.
CTIX continues to log in success after success. Today's news on Brilacidin has to jolt ones thinking when 2 of the 4 had 100% remission on what is still the LOWER dose level and 50% on the other two. Will be anxious for the NEXT PHASE trial with a LARGER group at a higher dosage.
It is not possible to imagine how valuable this stock will be when these trials get closer to completion. CTIX has drugs that seem to effectively treat infection ( with a new class of antibiotic that is not prone to resistence), inflammation, cancer , psoriasis. That is potential billions and billions of dollars per year. Success is very likely here ... even with just one of the 3 major drugs coming to market would be huge.
