I know nothing about the bond that hasn't been discussed on this board and what I have read in past PR's. I am just using what I read and hear forming my own conclusions. I really enjoyed reading the verified complaint from Rufus and Co. in the BBAN case. If the bond thing was an issue, the court would have jumped all over it and we wouldn't be talking about this stock. I also took note that they didn't use the final papers signed off by all parties and the judge, which should have been added. Minor detail, but I like reading that kind of stuff on lawsuits. Just seems to help wrap up the full picture.
And no. I'm a rookie to the stock market. Paper traded for about a month before using money, which is about two or three days before I started posting here. I know even less about bonds and how they are originated and work. When you can see through the misdirection, even the skeptics here will admit they don't know squat about bonds either.
I may know little about investing, but the "rules" of human behavior still apply and I'm an avid student in that realm.
My integrity is not on the line. Some people here seem to be so wrapped up in being right. I want to be right. Won't kill me to be wrong. Happens often. My wife will tell you. :P
