Disagree. To group all bank stocks as a buy is absolutely nonsense. DB is going to be feeling the pain way past December. I'd love to here your fundamental thought process on such a statement. Although, I don't really expect one. :-D

The only way $DB gets to $20 anytime in the near future is through a R/S.

Even if $DB sell all their US assets it doesn't cover the minimum capital requirements.

CDS spreads imply $9-9.50 range.
