how true in normal circumstances, using facts to support your belief is what honest people do. they choose to hide it, and they take the judge as a fool, not good for them.

fighting for what you believe in, or what is right, can be a good thing, but we both know they are fighting for themselves, and a bad thing they did.

Agreed if it was all on the level they would have open and closed the book and be done with it. Also FNF paid back the money so fast how could they be in such dire need? I wasnt buying it. Homes flew off the shelves the whole time! And like berk said in the past they could stop doing business and the money from old existing business would still be pouring in doesnt sound lime their in dire straights....hold on you all weve got this.
